SongSelect (CCLI) - Auto Reporting feature not working as expected - Tracking
Applicable SongShow Plus Versions:
This article applies to SongShow Plus versions 9.3 and later.

NOTE: SongShow Plus 9.3 and later supports the SongSelect (CCLI) Auto Reporting feature that replaces the old method.
Symptom:
Projected songs are not being tracked or recorded on the reporting page song history when SongSelect (CCLI) Auto Reporting is enabled in SongShow Plus.
Possible Cause:
This may be Expected Behavior - The Auto Reporting will NOT record/report the following:
- Songs that have no CCLI Song Numbers
- Songs that have incorrect CCLI Song Numbers
- Songs that are Public Domain
Possible Solution:
Verify each of the following:
- Songs that have no CCLI Song Numbers
- Check the song file to ensure that there is a number present in the CCLI Song Number field:
- Open SSP
- Select Media Files > Songs
- Find the song in question, select and right-click it, then select Edit Song
- On the General tab, locate the CCLI Song Number field and ensure a number is present.
- Check the song file to ensure that there is a number present in the CCLI Song Number field:
- Songs that have incorrect CCLI Song Numbers
- Check the song file to ensure that there is a VALID number present in the CCLI Song Number field:
- Open SSP
- Select Media Files > Songs
- Find the song in question, select and right-click it, then select Edit Song
- On the General tab, locate the CCLI Song Number field and COPY the number that is present.
- Go to the SongSelect site and search for this number to ensure it is valid. If not, search for the song by name and update the CCLI number in the SSP song file.
- Check the song file to ensure that there is a VALID number present in the CCLI Song Number field:
- Songs that are Public Domain
- If a song is Public Domain it will never be reported even if it has a valid CCLI song number.
- Open SSP
- Select Media Files > Songs
- Find the song in question, select and right-click it, then select Edit Song
- On the General tab, locate the Copyright field and confirm it shows Public Domain.
- If a song is Public Domain it will never be reported even if it has a valid CCLI song number.
Possible Cause:
The SongSelect account authorization has expired. There will usually be a Notice (alert) indicating there is an issue.
Possible Solution
Re-Authorize the SongSelect account:
- Open SSP
- Select Settings > Accounts...
- Find the SongSelect category and select it - an account should appear in the list.
- Select the account and click the Reauthorize Account button.
- Follow the prompts to go the site and sign in as needed.
- Once Reauthorization is complete, close and restart SSP.
- Try the reporting process again.
Possible Cause:
The SongShow Plus CCLI Activity settings are incorrect - Not Enabled

Your SongShow Plus Subscription has expired.
Possible Solution
Renew your SSP Subscription - Users must have current SongShow Plus subscription to utilize SongSelect (CCLI) - Auto Reporting feature.
When properly configured, Auto Reporting in SongShow Plus works in conjunction with SongSelect (CCLI) to automatically report song activity per the SongSelect (CCLI) required guidelines.
