SongSelect (CCLI) - Auto Reporting feature - A Primer - Tracking
Applicable SongShow Plus Versions:
This article applies to SongShow Plus versions 9.3 and later.
A NEW useful feature in SongShow Plus is the integration of SongSelect (CCLI) - Auto Reporting. This feature replaces the old method of manually tracking, reviewing, printing and reporting of song use activity.
* Updates affecting this feature may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. *
When properly configured, Auto Reporting in SongShow Plus works in conjunction with SongSelect (CCLI) to automatically report song activity per the SongSelect (CCLI) required guidelines.
NOTE: Users must have current SongShow Plus subscription to utilize SongSelect (CCLI) - Auto Reporting feature.

Verifying your reporting
If you would like to view/verify your reporting to CCLI, you can do so by going to their reporting page - https://reporting.ccli.com/search
NOTE: These steps may change if CCLI updates their site.
- Click the link above to to to the CCLI Reporting page.
- From this page you can sign in with your CCLI credentials.
- Once signed in locate the Reporting section then click the History link.
- Under Categories, locate Auto-Reporting and select Songs.
- From here you can sort and view your reporting history. A few things to be aware of:
- Only songs with a CCLI number included in SSP will be reported. If you have manually added songs, you may need to edit them to properly report.
- Public Domain songs are not tracked or recorded in CCLI.
- SongShow Plus is auto-reporting as directed by CCLI. According to the direction of CCLI/SongSelect, under normal circumstances no additional action is required on your part, even if you are doing other operations like printing or streaming within SSP. If you do these operations outside of SSP, you may need to report this manually. Check with CCLI to comply with all of their requirements.
- When you view the details of an auto reported song from SongShow Plus it will have a message indicating nothing further is needed:
This song was reported automatically on %date here% via SongShow Plus. No further reporting of this use of the song is necessary under Digital or Record/Stream.
