Unable to initialize SongShow Plus - Unable to create new base session

Symptom:
When trying to open SongShow Plus, an error is presented - Unable to initialize SongShow Plus - Unable to create new base session.
Possible Cause:
This is most likely caused by a change in the location or access to the SongShow Plus database files. If the location was changed or access was lost, SongShow Plus cannot initialize correctly.
- If you are keeping your SSP media files on a remote location such as a server, network issues can prevent access.
- If you are keeping your SSP media files on a removable location such as an external drive or USB drive, system updates or device additions/removals can change the assigned drive letters.
Possible Solution:
Ensure that the SongShow Plus media files are still in the correct location and accessible. Review this article to check settings - Configuration Settings - Media Files Location - Path
