SongShow Plus appears to be unresponsive after importing a song or media file

Symptom:
During the import of either a song or other media file, SSP becomes unresponsive. (370/435/635/1052)
Possible Cause:
At the end of the import processes, there is an options menu that populates. In this case, this menu is waiting for a selection and has either opened on another enabled display (not the Presenter window) or it has appeared behind the Presenter window.
Possible Solution:
There are two possible solutions:
- Locate the dialog box on another display (looking at other displays) and select the desired option.
- Press enter to select the default option.
Either of these should allow interaction with SSP again.
