Text from the Instant Message or Stage Message tools does not appear on screen

Symptom:
When the "Show" button is clicked in either the Instant Message or Stage Message plug-in panels, the selected text object does not seem to appear on the designated screen.


Possible Cause:
The color setting in the Text tab is such that the text is the same color as the background.

Possible Solution:
Change the text (Text tab) or background (Container tab) color.


Possible Cause:
The position/size settings in the Text tab are such that the text is either off screen or too small to see.

Possible Solution:
Change the position/size settings in the Text tab so that the text is visible.

The position/size settings in the Placement tab are such that the text container is either off screen or too small to see.

Possible Solution:
Change the position/size settings in the Placement tab so that the text container is visible.
