SongShow Builder - A Primer

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to SongShow Plus versions 9.2 and later.

A NEW useful feature in SongShow Plus is SongShow Builder.  The initial feature post about this web-based SongShow Plus content creation tool can be found here however some additional information is needed to use SongShow Builder to its full potential.

 This new tool is currently still in development so you may encounter unexpected behavior.  Please let us know if you encounter issues. 

SongShow Builder works in conjunction with SongShow Sync, which is included with the SongShow Connect subscription, which also includes SongShow Drive.  The SongShow Connect subscription provides the storage space for these services and needs to be renewed to remain available.

SongShow Builder can be found from the link at the top of the Sync page.  This will direct the user to the SongShow Builder site where the user should be signed in with the same credentials as the SongShow Plus website.  Users must have current SongShow Plus and SongShow Connect subscriptions to utilize SongShow Builder.

Content used in SongShow Builder must be present in SongShow Sync.

SongShow Builder can be used to:

• Import or create song text for use in SongShow Plus
• Create new programs for use in SongShow Plus
• Edit existing programs for use in SongShow Plus
• Set or adjust Song verse order in a program
• Set or adjust Background and Lyric properties in a program
• Preview content

Training Videos - A video walk-through of this process may be available.  Depending on your current subscription level, you can go to the GoFishMedia website training page and log in with the same Customer ID and password that you use to log in to the SongShow Plus site or activate SongShow Plus. - Review this article for more details.
