Releasing latent capabilities
This week I finished up work on a feature called Custom Settings for transitions. This feature lets you go beyond just the simple “from-left”, “from-right” type options you’re used to getting with transitions. Some transitions will now actually let you specify additional properties. For instance, the Bricked Blocks transition provides you with properties for number of rows, number of columns, and the use of a side texture. Previously, you only had four options for this transition and they were related only to spin direction. To clarify, not all transitions support custom settings. These capabilities are mostly found with the 3D transitions.
Additionally, a similar feature has been completed for Animations. The Animations 1 module provides you with thirteen separate properties for the Spin animation!
