Feature Review: Audio Improv

Rounding out the new Improv Collection plug-in is Audio Improv. As you may have guessed, this feature lets you play audio files from within the control panel independently of what is actually presented on the screen. This provides a convenient way to play music tracks or sound effects at times when using the typical presentation controls aren't suitable or even available. Here's a screen shot of the control panel:

This will definitely come in handy on those times when the MD is telling everyone that they need to wake up and sing. I even had a 30 second clip of Morning Time by Tremain Hhawkins.

This will be awesome for sound effects for dramas. Currently, I have to create a new slide show any time I insert a sound effect into a slide show supporting a drama.

Is there a Quick Tip Video explaining the use of Audio Improv? I would like a bunch of volunteers to see it.

i've often thought the weekly video tips from GoFishMedia should be indexed and made available on demand. I don't recall if they had one on audio improv, but they could easily enough with thier screen shot video format.

GFM contacted me and said that they have new training vids coming out in a few weeks. Thy will include the use of the improv panel.
