Feature Review: Audio Chain
7/31/2017 < Previous Next >
SongShow Plus introduced the Video Chain feature quite some time ago as a way to create your own long play videos without the need of editing software and rendering a new file. In SongShow Plus 8.4, this idea has been extended to also now include audio files. By using the new Audio Chain feature in SongShow Plus 8.4, you can create a single play audio file that can include two or more audio tracks. After creating an Audio Chain, that file can be played back on its own, or included as an underscore for a slide show or an audio track for a song file. It is supported by the Package-to-Go utility, and can even be packaged on its own if you need to send the chain and its associated files to a co-worker. To build an Audio Chain, go to the Audio Tracks panel in the Presenter Window, then select the menu item Audio Tracks > Create or Acquire From > Audio Chain Creator. The creation process is very much like the process for building video chains.
