Code B doesn't work

Symptom:
Code B given doesn't work when unlocking SSP. 

Possible Cause:
Trying to unlock the wrong version of SSP.

Solution:
Verify that the version installed is the same version the Code B is for.

Possible Cause:
Code B is for a different system.

Solution:
Regenerate a Code B from the Code A for that system.

Possible Cause:
Code B was interpreted incorrectly.

Solution:
Verify that all characters in Code B were communicated and understood correctly.
