Slide Builder User templates - Editing - Error - Cannot focus on a disabled or invisible window.

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus Slide Builder.

Symptom:
When trying to edit "My Templates" by clicking the Edit Templates button, one or more messages are displayed - Cannot focus on a disabled or invisible window. (1698)

Possible Cause: 
There are currently no templates saved. Templates must be created before they can be edited. 

Possible Solution: 
Close all of the error message pop ups and close the Slide Builder windows that are open. Open Slide builder again and create your first template:

1. Create a slide that has elements you wish to save in any slide show.
2. Once created, right-click on the slide.
3. Select the Add to Templates option at the bottom of the menu.
4. This slide will now be added to the My Templates library.
