Planning Center Online (PCO) - PCO account sign complete but user is unable to retrieve plans

This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus 9.x and later using Planning Center Online (PCO)

NOTE: This bug was fixed in the 9.3 build dated 12/22/2024. Update before proceeding.
Symptom:
When attempting to import plans from Planning Center Online (PCO) the user gets and error - Unable to retrieve plans from Planning Center Online. (1672)
Possible Cause:
Root cause is unknown at this time but it does not appear to be a user account issue. This is currently under investigation.
UPDATE: Found that PCO changed their API, breaking the SSP connection. Updates are in work.
Possible Solution:
Update to the latest SSP build including the fix. NOTE: Users will have to re-authenticate/update their PCO account to allow the connection.
