Planning Center Online (PCO) - PCO account sign complete but user is unable to retrieve plans

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus 9.x and later using Planning Center Online (PCO)

  * Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. * 

Symptom:
When attempting to import plans from Planning Center Online (PCO) the user gets and error -  Unable to retrieve plans from Planning Center Online. (1672)

Possible Cause:
Root cause is unknown at this time but it does not appear to be a user account issue.  This is currently under investigation.

Possible Solution:
It may be possible to export or copy/paste your content from the PCO website to create a program.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact the support team for assistance.
