Change Password option on the SongShow Plus website is not working

This article applies to the SongShow Plus website 

Symptom:
When trying to update access to the website, the Change Password option does not work as expected.

Possible Cause:
User is not signed in.

Possible Solution:
User must be signed in to be able to change the password.

Possible Cause:
Change Password operation was incomplete.

Possible Solution:
Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. If not already signed in, click the sign in button and sign in.
  2. In the upper right corner, select the Settings link.
  3. Locate the Password Settings section and click the Change Password button.
  4. Enter your new password.
  5. Re-enter your new password to confirm.
  6. Click the Save button.
  7. You should receive a confirmation message that the password was updated.
  8. Sign in with your new password.
