Forgot Reset Password option on the SongShow Plus website is not working recover

Symptom:
When trying to recover or reset access to the website, the Forgot Password option appears to not work - nothing happens when the button is clicked. (426)
Possible Cause:
The forgot password process needs the username.
Possible Solution:
Enter the User Name - this is usually the Organization/Customer ID number.
Possible Cause:
Forgot Password operation was incomplete.
Possible Solution:
Follow these steps to recover and reset your password:
- If not already at the sign in page, click the Sign In button.
- Enter the User Name - this is usually the Organization/Customer ID number.
- Click on the Forgot Password button.
- At the Reset Password prompt confirm that the username shown is correct.
- Click the Submit Request button.
- You should receive a Password reset email including a link to reset the password.
- Click the link to got to the rest page.
- Enter and confirm a new password.
- Sign in with your new password.
Possible Cause:
It is also possible that the user entered the info but did not get the email after clicking Submit Request.
Possible Solution:
Contact the support team to manually update the password. Verify that the correct email is on file.
