 * Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. *

Symptom:
User unable to play audio files from within SSP - files play in Window Media Player.  An error is presented when trying to play from audio Database panel or when trying to add to program from audio Database panel.

Error message similar to the one below may occur:

Unable to load video: your_audio_filename :: Windows Media Audio file (.wma). Reason: Unable to load Audio File (NotAccessible). Reason: Unable to open music file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\R-Technics\SongShow Plus\Media Files\Audio Files\your_audio_filename.wma. Reason: Unknown DirectShow exception C00D0BBE

Possible Cause:
WMA audio file is protected.  SongShow Plus does not support any protected audio file formats.  When extracting audio from media, make sure copy protection is disabled. The default setting for Windows media player is to copy protect the resulting file.

Possible Solution:
Extract the audio from the source again after disabling the copy protect feature of Window Media Player.

You can disable this feature of Window Media Player under Tools - Options.  Select the Copy Music tab and un-check "Copy protect music" box.  This should fix the issue.
