The User Invitation - invite for SongShow Plus email was never received

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus 

  * Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. * 

Symptom:
When trying to send and invitation for a new user for SongShow Plus the email is never received.  (1228)

Possible Cause:
This appears to be caused by a server-side error related to send as emails. 

Possible Solution:
At this time a fix is being explored.  This may be resolved by temporarily modifying your account information.  If you need to set up an additional user, contact the support team for assistance.

If this does not resolve the issue, contact the Support Team.
