Errors when importing items other than songs into SongShow Plus

Symptom:
When trying to import other SongSelect information such as chords, lead charts or hymn charts, the following Internet Explorer Script Error occurs:

Error: Unspecified error.
Code: 0
URL: http://www.ccli.com/SongSelect/SearchResults.cfm

Possible Cause:
SSP is only designed to take the text from the song, and then import it into a newly created SSP song.

Possible Solution:
The other features of CCLI will need to be accessed from their website directly.
