Unable to save - options gray - Cued and Quick lists

 NOTE: The Cue List and Quick List tabs are for support of legacy features back in Version 7 and are no longer useful in Versions 8.x and later. These tabs can be hidden by updating your Preferences. Refer to article SongShow Plus Preferences for additional details.     

Symptom:
When trying to save a program, the save options are grayed out.

Possible Cause:
If the Program tab is not selected the save (and other options) will be unavailable.  User most likely has either the Cued List tab or the Quick List tab selected.

Possible Solution:
Select the Program tab in the Program panel - this will show all options.

To prevent this in the future, disable the Cued List tab and the Quick List tab in the Preferences settings:

1. Open SongShow Plus.
2. From the main toolbar select Settings > Preferences.
3. Locate and select the Program Panel settings page.
4. Scroll to the bottom and set the Show Quick List and Show Cued List options to No.
5. Click Save to save and close.
6. Close and re-open SongShow Plus to reset the Program Panel.
