SongShow Builder - latest build will not load on the website

 * Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Builder from the website before proceeding. *  

Symptom:
When launching the SongShow Builder from the website link, the most up to date release will not load in the browser. (1113)

Possible Cause:
This is most likely a site caching issue preventing an update. 

Possible Solution:
Force the browser session to renew the storage cache:

  1. Launch the SongShow Builder page.
  2. From the title bar, check the build date to ensure it is the most current release.
  3. If not, press F12.  This will open the browser DevTools page.
  4. At the top, locate the Application tab and select it.
  5. From the left menu locate the Application > Storage option and select it.
  6. In the right pane, locate the Clear site data button. Next to that there is an "including third-party cookies" option - check that.
  7. Click the Clear site data button.
  8. Close the DevTools portion of the page and reload (press F5) the SongShow Builder web page.
  9. From the title bar, check the build date to ensure it is the most current release.
  10. Sign In normally.
