Themes - Text is missing or not visible in some dialog boxes using dark theme

NOTE: This bug was corrected in the SongShow Plus version 9.3 Preview.

Symptom:
When selecting certain themes in SongShow Plus, some text is missing or not visible in some dialog boxes. (881/869)

Possible Cause:
If SongShow Plus is set to a dark theme, it is possible that the theme has a text box issue, rendering white text on a white background.  This causes the text to appear to be missing.

Possible Solution:
Switch to a light theme.  Currently there are 10 theme settings available - 7 dark,  2 light and a Windows default - also light. 

These can be adjusted by going to Settings > Preferences > Presenter Window and selecting a theme that works for you.  Users can preview the theme before selection and a restart is required to apply the theme.
