Downloading of content from Shift Worship via the SongShow Plus file import fails

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to all versions of SongShow Plus 9.0 and later using Shift Worship

Symptom:
When trying to download a Shift Worship file in the SongShow Plus file import tool, the download fails.

Possible Cause:
This is most likely caused by a change to the Shift Worship tools/API for the download process. 

Possible Solution:
If you are unable to download content inside SongShow Plus then you can log in to the Shift Worship site directly to browse and download content, then add those file to the SongShow Plus file folders. 

If this does not resolve the issue, contact the Support Team.
