Vertical scroll arrows and/or item selections are missing. list items not available. theme issue.

Applicable SongShow Plus Versions: 
This article applies to all SongShow Plus 9.x and later versions.

Symptoms:
When attempting to select an item from the long list, not all items are shown. This list could be generated by a variety of tools on the Presenter panel. Normally there are scroll arrows present but they are not currently shown. (57)

Possible Cause: 
This appears to be theme and/or screen size related.  This may occur if the screen resolution of the display the menu is presented on is 1080 pixels high or lower.

Possible Solution: 
If this occurs and if the display supports it, adjust the screen resolution to something higher than 1080 vertical.  Even if this is done temporarily, it will allow for the selection of a hidden items.  If multiple displays are connected this can also be accomplished by simply dragging the Slide Properties window to a display with a higher resolution to make the selection.

Possible Solution: 
If this occurs, it would be possible to change the theme setting in the Preferences to the "Windows" theme.  This does show the scroll arrows in this case but there are currently some other issues with this theme.  This could be done temporarily to select a desired effect then switched back to the preferred theme.
