The Help - About information page will not open.

Symptom:
In SongShow Plus 8 The Help > About information page will not open. In SongShow Plus 7 The readme files will not open.  This may be accompanied by an error message stating that a device attached to the system is not working.

Possible Cause:
Found that this will be caused by the customer setting Microsoft Word as the default .html/.htm viewer/editor.

Possible Solution:
Change the default .html/.htm viewer/editor to your browser.
