Error when setting the animation timing settings too high

Symptom:
When setting up animation timings in SSB for objects, there are errors that occur when saving, previewing or presenting the slideshow.

Possible Cause:
The animation timing settings are set above 200 seconds or so. 

Possible Solution:
The animation timing settings should stay below 200 seconds or so. This is actually far longer than should be used for this setting but this was a threshold that was found when testing.
