Some webpages will not display as expected through the Web Pages panel.

Symptom:
When attempting to capture and display certain websites through the Web Pages panel in SongShow Plus, an error or warning message appears indicating that the browser you are using needs to be updated. 

This is known to happen with the websites listed below.  It may happen with others that are not listed.

• Vimeo
• Livestream

Possible Cause:
The browser elements inside SongShow Plus are running in Internet Explorer 7 Compatibility Mode.

Possible Solution:
If it is only a warning then you should be able to proceed with the capture of the web page.  If it is an error indicating that a newer browser version is required the capture will probably fail.

At this time there is no work around but we are investigating a solution.
