Unable to edit or delete song Collection / Tempo / Theme list items from the song edit dialog

Symptom:
When attempting to edit the song Collection / Tempo / Theme list items from the link in the song edit window the Rename and Remove buttons are grayed out. 

Possible Cause:
This is expected behavior.  Renaming and removing collection names is not permitted in the song edit window. The Add option is available.

Solution:
The renaming and removing of Collection / Tempo / Theme list items is only permitted in the Database Utilities dialog from the Tools menu.

To edit the Collections list:

1. Launch SongShow Plus.
2. From the main toolbar, click on Tools > Database Utilities > SongShow Plus > 
3. Select the desired list to edit - Collection / Tempo / Theme. 
4. Once in the selected list dialog, select the list item to be edited.
5. To remove it simply click the Remove button. 
6. To rename a list item, select it from the list and type the new name in the New Collection / Tempo / Theme field then click Rename.
7. To add a list item, type the new name in the New Collection / Tempo / Theme field then click Add.
8. Once all edits are completed, click Save.
