Print to Clipboard option no longer available when printing from a Program

Symptom:
The button for the option to copy the "Print Program..." contents is no longer available.

Possible Cause:
This option was replaced by a more robust option in the March 2011 Edition. 

Possible Solution:
The previous option had several limitations on what could be copied and where it could be pasted. The "Print Program..." contents window is now a "live" window meaning that some or all of the text can be selected and it can be pasted into any text editor.
Using the mouse or keyboard controls, the user can select the desired text and copy/paste it.
