UPDATE: Before proceeding, review the updates to Microsoft PowerPoint use in SongShow Plus found here.

Symptom:
The alert "PowerPoint Filename is no longer accessible. It may have been manually closed by the user or a problem may have occurred." occurs in the alerts panel after the last slide of a PowerPoint file is presented.  This does not seem to have an adverse affect in the program when actually playing the PPT files normally.

Possible Cause:
The root cause of this issue is unknown at this time but this typically occurs when stepping out of a PowerPoint file presentation.  This may or may not be accompanied by a black slide with "End of slide show, click to exit." at the end of the slideshow.

Possible Solution:
At this time there is no setting to completely workaround this issue though there are some measures that can be taken to reduce the effect or avoid the issue. Keep in mind, there does not appear to be any adverse affect of the alert message.  PowerPoint files play as expected.

To avoid the black slide with "End of slide show, click to exit." refer to the KB TS135

To avoid the error altogether you can skip the transition out of the last slide of the PowerPoint file by clicking on the next item in the program when the last PowerPoint slide is presented.  This can also be done with the keyboard by using the CTRL + key combination to jump to the next program item.
