Alert or error occurs when displaying a blank slide

Symptom:
When displaying a blank slide an alert or error occurs indicating either the Blackout slide does not exist or the system could not find or load it.

Possible Cause:
Alert: Blackout slide does not exist:
If the Display > Edit Display Properties... > Blank Slide setting in the global display properties is set to "Use Slide" when there is no slide created or selected an error will occur.

Possible Solution:
Select a different option of what to show for a blank slide.

Possible Solution:
Create/Select a proper blank slide using the "Edit Slides" button.  This creates/edits a slide show that the blank slide option will use as the source. 


Possible Cause:
Alert: Unable to load image:
If the Display > Edit Display Properties... > Blank Slide setting in the global display properties is set to "Use Image File" when there is no image selected an error will occur.

Possible Solution:
Select a different option of what to show for a blank slide.

Possible Solution:
Select a proper Image file using the drop menu or the "Browse" button.  This selects an image that the blank slide option will use as the source.
