Interface not supported alert message when playing Audio or Timer

NOTE: SSP9.x running on Windows 10 or later does not require the H.264 plug-in to work.  Native Windows support is used.

Symptom:
An "Interface not supported" alert occurs the first time a timer or audio file is presented.  The file plays and there appears to be no adverse affect on SongShow Plus operation.

Possible Cause:
The cause is unknown at this time but is under investigation. 

Possible Solution:
None.  The file plays and there appears to be no adverse affect.
