SongSelect (CCLI) - logging does not prompt to select database as expected

NOTE: SongShow Plus 9.3 and later supports the SongSelect (CCLI) Auto Reporting feature that replaces the old method. 

Symptom:
In prior versions of SongShow Plus the user was prompted to select a database when viewing/creating an Activity Report. 

Possible Cause:
This is Expected Behavior - The Activity Report log has been combined to cover all databases in a single report and the prompt is no longer needed.
