SongSelect Online - Some keyboard functions do not work in the Song import panel

This article applies to SongShow Plus and SongSelect Online

Symptoms:
There are several keyboard functions that do not work in the SongSelect Online import panel such as tab, copy and paste.  

Possible Cause:
The root cause is not known but we have verified that the following keyboard functions do not work:

Cut - CTRL-X
Copy - CTRL-C or CTRL-INSERT
Paste - CTRL-V or SHIFT-INSERT
TAB

There are also no mouse right-click editing functions available.

Possible Solution:
Changing fields must be done by clicking the mouse in the desired field.  At this time there is no work-around for the cut/copy/paste functions.
