How do I send a User Invitation - invite for SongShow Plus?
This article applies to use of the SongShow Plus website.
In order to have the best experience with the features available on the SongShow Plus website a user should be signed in to the site using a personal user account associated with an organization account that has a current subscription (Authenticated Subscriber).
In order to sign in as an Authenticated User, the User will need the following:
- Personal Account credentials (username and password)
- Organizational association to Personal Account.
If you are an Organization Administrator you can send invitations to other users to create a Personal Account that will be associated with your organization and once accepted, you can assign permissions to these users. We recommend that Organization Administrators send themselves an invitation as well to create and associate their own Personal Account for the best experience on the SongShow Plus site.
To send a user an invitation, the Organization Administrator will need:
- Organization Account credentials (SSP Customer ID and zip code)
- Potential User email address
Send a User Invitation:
- Go to the Home page of the SongShow Plus website.
- From the upper right corner of the page, click on the Sign In button.
- Enter the Organization Account credentials and click Sign In.
- From the menu on the left click on the Account page.
- Scroll to the bottom and in the Users section, click on the Invite Users button.
- Enter the email address of the user to invite, then click the Invite button.
- Once sent you should see a pending invitation to that user.
- After the user redeems the invitation, you will receive an email notification.
- At this point you can log back in your Organization Account to grant additional permissions. You can also do this from your Personal Account once you have created it and granted yourself the correct permissions.
