Update 3/14/2008 of the January 2008 Edition of SSP has been posted.

This update includes the following:

  • Fixed problem that, when a song part has a blank line at the top, the blank line was being shown in the songs and programs panels rather than the actual first line.
  • Fixed problem associated with legacy databases (SongSelect 3.0, Worship Software, etc.) when two or more choruses were present. The typical verse order panel in the song properties window would show Chorus rather than Chorus 1.
  • Fixed problem associated with legacy databases where in the songs panel, the verses would get duplicated in the list each time the song was expanded and collapsed.
  • Fixed problem associated with legacy databases that prevented the entry of a page-break.
  • Fixed problem in the song edit window that caused text in the lyrics box to be wrapped. This caused problems when copying and pasting the text to another song by adding unintended line breaks.
  • Fixed problem where songs with long part labels (greater than eight characters) were overwriting adjoining text in the songs and programs panel. The current fix is to truncate all song parts to eight characters in these panels. A more complete fix may be provided in the future.
  • Fixed problem that caused the audio track of a song to restart when the next step button was clicked.
  • Fixed problem associated selecting the "within margins" option for some background types.
  • Other minor fixes.

Due to significant events occuring this week, it is recommended that you defer updating your installation until next week unless you immediately need one of the fixes listed above.
