Seems like I remember that there was a way to set up a program item to fire at a specific time. Did that go away? I couldn't find it.

There are no timed/scheduled settings for the Program panel.  There is a timed/scheduled setting in the Slide Builder for specific slides, however these are only checked at run-time and not used for starting a slide at a particular time.
