Version 8.2 > volume controls in the toolbar

at the top of screen - I cant use them. The volume slider is right down and I can't move it. The mute button doesn't work either. The brightness one does. What is wrong with the volume?

I tried this on version 8.3 current build and it works as expected.
You might want to remove and add it back on the tool bar and also check your audio solution to make sure it is tied to the system master volume.
