Is there a template for a Live video feed and have text for a song in the bottom third of the screen either clear or black srip at the bottom of the screen?

There may be a "Lower Third" preset in the margins. That's where I'd look first, anyway.

If you want a black strip, you'll have to create that as a jpg or png (if you want some transparency) and use image overlay to put it there.
