Didn't the image and video file dialog boxes formerly remember the last several locations? That doesn't seem to be happening anymore. it only remember the last one.

It would be real nice if these dialogs could remember most recently or most frequently used folders. For extra credit, allow us to pin some directories to the top of the list.

I think what you are referring to is the recent folders option from the file menu in SSP 7.  The file navigation changed a bit in version 8 and that is not used any longer.

I REALLY miss it. My operators thought that was a change with 8.2 as well.

Prior to about 2010, It took you to the last folder used in that operation -- that was
even better. Obviously, the best bet as to the destination you want is the last one
you used. Most software, word processors, photo editing, etc. use this method.
Why SSP abandoned it is hard to understand.

It does take you to the last used folder. It just doesn't list the most recently (or frequently) used folders.
