However, I've signed up for as many different eNewsletters from motion background sites as possible and many of them have a monthly freebie.

Midnight Oil Productions has a monthly freebie, but it's not always a motion background.
Same for WorshipHouseMedia and IgniterMedia
The Work of the People and SermonSpice generally have freebies, but they are generally clips, not loops.
