Version 7 > Unable to Renew Subscription

Hi
This is really aimed at R-Technics but if anyone knows the answer then feel free to chip in.
I cannot get the online subscription renewal to work - I get as far as putting the billing info in and then get an error that states:-
"A critical error has occurred. Input string was not in a correct format."
I have tied e-mailing the support address but have not even recieved an e-mail to acknowledge reciept of my e-mail let alone an answer. I have tried various different cards all with the same result. I cannot see anything wrong with what I have inputed, however I did notice that the postcode linked to our customer ID has to be written as P0 (Papa Zero) instead of PO (Papa Oscar) - would this have anything to do with it?
Our subscription has now expired because of this.
Please could one of the SSP Guys see if they can sort this out.
Thankyou
P.S. Before anyone says "Call Technical Support" - Internatinal Phone calls to America from the UK are not cheap which is why I would like to be able to sort this out over e-mail.

Hello Jem,
There is a chance that the customer ID number and the zip code that you have may not match what we have on file. We would love to get you renewed and get your membership back up to date. You can do one of two things:
Send us an e-mail at Sales@gofishmedia.net
Call us @ 1-877-458-6367
You can also feel free to send any questions that you may have about the zip code that you have on file to support@gofishmedia.net I hope this helps, we look forard to assisting you in this matter. Have an awesome day and God Bless!
