In this window you can select a basic background. Across the top you'll see controls letting you select between an Image, Video, Solid color, or No Background. Backgrounds can be adjusted using the various settings like Contrast, Brightness, Color Level, Hue, and Rotate/Flip. The availability of some of these settings requires that the Video Effects Collection be licensed on this machine. Base Color is used to identify a color that will be placed under a semi-transparent image or video.

When selecting image or video files, you can easily access local files as well as files from any cloud account you've linked to.
