Various Windows - Default Slide Properties

The Default Slide Properties window lets you specify the default slide properties used when media items are presented from the Media Files Panel. These are also the slide properties used by programs that do not have their own slide properties settings. Default slide properties are organized in the following categories:

 

All Media

These are the default properties used by all media. They can be overridden by the categories explained below. If a property group is overridden below, making changes to it from All Media will have no effect.

 

Songs

These properties override the All Media properties but are applied only to songs when they are presented. The property groups you can override for songs are margins, background, shadow, song text style, song text layout, and transition.

 

Scripture

These properties override the All Media properties but are applied only to scripture text when it is presented. The property groups you can override for scripture are margins, background, shadow, scripture text style, scripture text layout, and transition.

 

Images

These properties override the All Media properties but are applied only to images when they are presented. The property groups you can override for scripture are margins, background, shadow, image and effects layout, and transition.

 

Videos

These properties override the All Media properties but are applied only to videos when they are presented. The property groups you can override for scripture are margins, background, shadow, video and effects layout, and transition.

 

Audio Tracks

These properties override the All Media properties but are applied only when audio tracks are played. The property groups you can override for scripture are margins, background, and transition.

 

External Players

These properties override the All Media properties but are applied only when external players are used. External players are used when you present a PowerPoint presentation or a web page. The property groups you can override for scripture are margins and background.
