If your church has a Planning Center Online account, you can import videos from that account directly into SongShow Plus. These are video files that you or someone in your organization has previously uploaded to your Planning Center Online account. To do this, your machine will need to have an Internet connection and a current SongShow Plus Upgrade Service subscription.
How to import an image from Planning Center Online:
| 2. | Select Videos > Create or Acquire From > Planning Center Online. This will open the Import Files from Planning Center Online window. |
| 3. | The first time you open this window, you will need to sign in to Planning Center Online. Click the Sign In to Planning Center Online button to do this. This will open the Planning Center Online Authorization window. Follow the instructions to Authorize Account. |
| 4. | By default, a list of all the available video files will be shown. You can also search by video name as well. |
| 5. | Browse through the videos and check the box next to each video you want to import. |
| 6. | Click Select Target Folders. This will take to a page that lets you select the video folder you want the videos imported to. By default, it will be the folder you had selected when you opened the import window. Here, you can also specify how to handle naming collisions if any files you are importing have the same file name as files that are already in the folder. |
| 7. | After selecting the target folder (if necessary), click Perform Import. This will perform the download and import process for each file you selected. |
| 8. | If the import was successful, you will be given options to display, edit, or add the video to a program. |
