The next step buttons are used to advance forward. Within a media item, this will present the next slide or slide step. If you are a the end of a media item, it will advance to the next item in the current program.

 

The next step buttons are the graphical button , and the keyboard key [+]. These will move the presentation to the next step in the current media item, or if at the last step of the current media item, to the next media item.

 

The next media item buttons are the graphical button and the keyboard key [Ctrl]+[+]. These will move the presentation to the next media item in the program
