In order to access a synchronization repository, a user must have a user account with the SongShow Plus online service. By default, you can use the SongShow customer administrator account that is provided with any SongShow Plus license. By default, the user name for this account is your customer ID and the password is your organization's zip code. You can, however, add other users and control their access to the repositories. For instance, you can set up some users so that they only have permission to upload files or to only download files.
To add a user account or modified the permissions of a current user account: From the SongShow Plus Presenter Window, run the menu command Tools > Synchronize > Manage Users. This will bring you to the SongShow Plus website for managing user accounts. Follow the instructions at this site to add or modify user accounts.
