Songs > CCLI Copy Activity

SongShow Plus helps you keep track of copy activity for CCLI® License reporting requirements. It does this by providing opportunities to record this activity when you do things like printing and copying. You can also enable automatic tracking of projection and recording activity while presenting songs in a service. Note that SongShow Plus does not track each time you project a song since this is not what is required by CCLI. Projection activity is only tracked the first time a song is projected. This feature is designed to assist you in the reporting process. You should double check any numbers you get to ensure accuracy.

To enable automatic tracking of projection and recording events:

1.	Select the menu command Activity > Start Logging CCLI Copy Activity. This will open the CCLI Activity Log window.

2.	Check Projection Activity to automatically log projection activity for songs.

3.	Check Recording Activity to automatically log songs that are being recorded.

4.	Click OK to enable logging.

To disable automatic tracking of projection and recording events:

1.	Select the menu command Activity > Stop Logging CCLI Copy Activity. This will stop the automatic logging feature.

To view the CCLI activity log:

1.	Select the menu command Activity > View Activity Report. This will open the View Activity Log window.

2.	Select the CCLI Report Period you are interested in. The report will show below.

3.	Click Print to print the report.
