The MatroxDualHead2Go device lets you send independent video signals to two separate displays through a single video port. It is a convenient way to configure a system with both a primary and stage display on a system that doesn't have two video ports (like a notebook machine). It accomplishes this by tricking Windows into thinking that the video port is connected to an extra wide display, but the output is actually being split between two typical-sized displays.
