This effect converts all colors in an image or video to a single hue. This effect works by altering the hue component preserving lightness and saturation. In contrast to the Color Filter effect, this effect preserves blacks and whites in the image. Note that this effect requires that the source actually have color. It does not work on grayscale images (which is also different than the Color Filter effect).
