To purchase a SongShow Plus license, see Sales Information to contact a sales representative. After making the purchase, you will receive an email containing your organization ID and default password. Use this to activate your machine with the new license. You do this by using the menu command License -> Activation, then following the instructions. If your machine is not connected to the Internet, you will need to contact Technical Support for assistance in installing the new license.
If you want to use an additional projection machine, first install SongShow Plus onto the new machine, then start the program. You will be prompted to activate the machine. Choose the options that will eventually lead you purchase an additional projection license. Once you've purchased the additional license, the machine will be activated with the new license.
If you wish to purchase additional features, such as additional Bible translations, and your machine is connected to the Internet, you can do so by using the built-in SongShow Plus store interface. To access this from the Presenter Window use the menu command License > Purchase Plug-ins. This will open the SongShow Plus Store window. In here you can select which additional features or plug-ins you wish to add. After the purchase has been processed, your machine's license will be automatically updated.
You can also purchase additional features and plug-ins through the SongShow Plus store website. If you use the website to purchase additional features and plug-ins, SongShow Plus will automatically detect that these new features have been added when you start it up, however, you may need to immediately restart SongShow Plus for the features to be available.

If your machine is not connected to the Internet, you will need to contact Technical Support for assistance in installing the license for the additional features.
With this version of SongShow Plus, you can install the product on an unlimited number machines using a free workstation license. A workstation license is one that lets you use SongShow Plus for non-projection purposes. If your machine is connected to the Internet, follow the instructions when SongShow Plus starts up to activate or license your installation. In the process, you will be given the option to choose workstation. Choose that option and continue the process. You will be asked to provide a name for your workstation machine to identify it. After you complete this process, a new workstation account will have been created for your machine and it will automatically be licensed now for workstation use.
If your machine is not connected to the Internet, you will need to contact Technical Support for assistance in creating a new workstation account and installing its license.
You can renew your SongShow Plus Upgrade Subscription, which also maintains your access to the Online Services features, directly through the built-in SongShow Plus store interface. To access this from the Presenter Window, use the menu command License > Renew Subscription. This will open the SongShow Plus Store window. In here you can select your subscription renewal option (silver, gold, or platinum) and any additional features or plug-ins you may wish to add. After the purchase has been processed, your machine's license will be automatically updated.
You can also renew your subscription through the SongShow Plus store website. If you use the website to renew your subscription, SongShow Plus will automatically detect that it was renewed when you start it up, however, you may need to immediately restart SongShow Plus for the renewed license to be in affect.

If your machine is not connected to the Internet, you will need to contact Technical Support for assistance in installing the updated license.
If you wish to move your SongShow Plus license to another machine, start up SongShow Plus on the new machine. You will be presented with options to license the machine which will include an option to re-use an existing license. Select the license that is currently in use by the old machine. Doing this will automatically de-activate the old machine and activate the new machine using the same license.
If your machine is licensed as a workstation, you can switch it to a projection machine if needed. When you do this, you have the option of purchasing an additional projection license, or using an existing projection license. If you use an existing license, you can use a license that has already been purchased but is not in use, or re-use a license that is already in use by another machine which will automatically de-activate that machine.To change license type use the menu command License > Switch, then follow the steps provided.
