 * Updates correcting this issue may be available. Ensure that you are using the most current build of SongShow Plus from the Download page before proceeding. *

UPDATE: Before proceeding, review the updates to Microsoft PowerPoint use in SongShow Plus found here.

Symptom:
Sometimes when displaying a PowerPoint slide show the slide will display off-center or off screen depending on the display resolution.  It may appear to be presenting a "blank" screen.

Possible Cause:
While the exact root cause in unknown, it is currently happening on Windows 10 Builds after 1607 with PowerPoint.

Possible Solution:
To work around this the user can set the Slide Properties for margins under the External Players media type (PPT is one) to Full Screen with no margins and it will prevent the bad behavior. The user can also convert PPT slides in the Slide Builder or create/duplicate the content in Slide Builder.
